What looks greasy, the potato salad, the salmon, what... there's a lot
of stuff on that plate, be specific... personally I don't like cold
salad on the same plate with hot meat. That salmon doesn't look
greasy to me, in fact salmon is a fatty fish and I much prefer salmon
cooked skin on so as not to lose the fat. I'd say that skinless
fillet was frozen, it cooked up dry and tasteless. If I had to guess,
but I won't, I'd say that salmon is over cooked... but it's not cut to
expose the interior so there is no way to know. Maybe that salmon is
cold from the cooler (can't tell from a photo), then it's okay to
serve cold salad on the same plate, but flake the salmon and place it
atop the salad. To me there is nothing appetizing about that
presentation. Even the salad by itself doesn'ty look very attractive,
it actually looks like left overs scraped to the side of a plate from
someone elses leavings... a salad deserves it's own plate all to
itself... that's why sets of dinnerware include *salad plates*.
