Any idea what a king brown mushroom would be, or would resemble, in U.S.
terms? I can't find a picture of one or a definition on-line under that
name. Is it like one of these:

I don't think it's either of these. The first is a plain button
mushroom, the second could be a Swiss brown, but I doubt it.

My guess would be a King Brown is a large Swiss brown mushroom. Here's a
handy resource of mushrooms we use in Oz.
