Folks,

Mum returned home this arvo with a few eskies of seafood, including a pile
of green prawns.

Any simple tasty BBQ prawn recipes you good folk have in the family recipe

me remember the rest of the ingredients.

Any ideas appreciated.

I usually marinade prawns in garlic, ginger, sesame oil, fish sauce, and
honey. You could substitute the fish for soy quite easily.

Marinate in Lime or lemon juice, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, chilli; all
or any of this combination is yum. Fresh coriander if you have it when
serving. Only marinate prawns for an hour or so if using lime/lemon
juice or they start to go acidic (cook) after that, and preferably
don't marinate in plastic for same reason (plastic may react with citrus).
Hope you're up and around back to normal soon. (and did you end up
getting a waeco fridge?)
