Well if anyone's still here, the liftout that used to be on the 1st
Wednesday of each month is now on a Tuesday each week.

I'm having the ricotta stuffed chicken tonight with a few variations.

Which is a good thing.

What were the variations?

As for the lift out, it's a an altered version of the one I'm used to and
a PITA to look at ATM, but..... I'll get used to it.

The seem to be relying quite heavily on the "Big Guy'.

I didn't make the butter sauce that went with it; far too cloying with the
other ingredients:
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/23159/prosciutto+wrapped+ricotta+and+olive+chicken

Used leftover homemade tapenade instead of just olive.
Added garlic to ricotta mix
Didn't use egg
Added chargrilled piquillo peppers I had left
Fresh basil instead of thyme.
Only used 1 variety of bean.

Roasted sweet potato, onions and cherry tomatoes in EVOO and deglazed with a
bit of verjuice and basil to make a light sauce.
