I was recently given a bottle of Nandos Hot Sauce. I also have 300g or so
of chicken breast. Does anyone have any ideas on how I should prepare/cook
this so that I dont end up using too much of the hot sauce? (Would using my
George Foreman Grill work?) How much should I use if I marinate the
chicken? (note that I eat at Nandos all the time and usually order the
Extra Hot so I can certainly handle whatever it is Nandos themselves do)

Also, any suggestions of some sort of accompaniment that would go well with
the chicken?

I would just cover the chicken in sauce and rub it in so its covered
lightly all over. Then I would leave it as long as you can before
cooking so the sauce has a chance to get into the chicken. Never tried
the Forman grills but people rave about them - give it a go !

You can always add more sauce later if its not strong enough.

I would have boiled veg and mashed spuds with it or a salad. If you
wanted to get fancy maybe a cauliflower gratin or some fried rice or
noodles. MAcaroni cheese with bacon goes well with cheese too.
