I'm not a big one for bottled sauces that go with chicken, etc as they are
often oily and salty but tonight I tried a Taylor's Kashmiri Butter chicken
sauce with 500g of cubed chicken. I added (as per recommendation on the
bottle) a generous serve of sliced button mushrooms, roughly chopped small
leaf spinach from the garden (our first pick of the crop) and a 1/4 cup of
slivered almonds which went in at the end. Served on Basmati rice.
Gee, it was nice. I found it tasy, without being too spiced and no oily
feeling. Even the fussy 6 yo ate most of it! So if you are particularly
busy, this is an acceptible dinner offering.

This must be the same Taylors who make the droolsome dill & mustard tartare
sauce. <wipes dribble from keyboard>
