Sounds bland to me :-)
Still I dont belong to the "health set", I prefer to make my own base from
the usual Roma's with garlic and Oregano, the Basil would be good. For the
rest I cant live without Anchovies and some meat
(pepperonni-bacon-salami-ham etc). Also the same for the cheese, full
blooded pecorino-cheddar-romano etc.

I normally do that - I love the full-on spicy meaty cheesy greasy
ones! However, I had a basil-tomato-bocconcini-fetta one last week
and it was lurrrrrvely.

I think the shallot spoiled this one, however. :P

have to agree...wouldn't have put shallots/spring onions on
this...otherwise, sounds very tasty :)

did the feta add enough salt to the pizza, or do you think it needed more?

Probably needed a bit more, but I imagine the pizza would have had
enough salt in it.

Probaby could have increased the amount of feta (I used 3/4 of a tub
of [can't remember brand name] of marinated feta w/ oregano).

Whenever I ask my 5 year old what she wants on her pizza she always says
"Anchovies!". Like mother like daughter. A pizza isn't a pizza without them.
Yum!

Blah!

The week before I'd made these wonderful "mini pizzas" using Greek
flatbread, with just tomato paste, shredded fresh basil, quartered
mini egg tomatoes, crumbled marinated feta, and halved bocconcini, and
it was WONDERFUL.

Don't get me wrong, I love a salty-spicy pizza, but this had a lovely
"fresh" taste.

I spoilt it when I got the bigger base this time and went overboard...
