you will ALL be thrilled to know that I made some today using a Bill Granger
recipe (with ricotta and separated eggs, whites beaten).

anyway, i cooked em low and slow. with butter not oil or anything.

they came out rather well.

of course, the honeycomb butter and maple syrup did finish them off
nicely....

Ok, chris. What time is convenient to drop around tomorrow for playlunch of
pancakes and tea?

I like mine either lemon juice and sugar or carmel sauce (maybe raspberry)
and ice cream with a decent blob of cream

I made pancakes many times.. once with pancake mix from the supo and instead
of water i used coca cola... tasted normal.

then i used other things instead such as passionfruit juice... that srping
valley banana and mango nectar... yum! find difference juices and use them
instead of water to get flavoured ones...

Although there was once i use an essence.. bright pink! :)

well that was with strawberry but then there are other things liek coconut,
etc... i had fun for a brief period in my life.

i want to move on and experiment with other foods one day :) I have quite a
number of ideas where food has become cliched and nobody looks at exploring
a variance on a product.

I'd so love to start looking to australian native foods, but i am digressing
now and will head on :)

All the best.
