I've found a good use for it.
Sunday night diner is usually pot luck at the Kelpie house hold.
Tonight we got some Lebo bread and found whatever looks good in the
fridge, rolled it up and in the GFLMGM. I had one with pancetta,
jalsberg, sliced eggplant and mushrooms and olives. Yummo.
How long did you have to run it? I guess it's a big, heavy duty
sandwich/foccaccia/jaffle maker.

I sometimes do a batch of pizza dough, and roll out a bit with fried onions
etc in it several times, wrap it up and take it into work adn put it in the
flat sandwich/foccaccia contraption, and it works a treat.

At full heat put it in for less than 5 mins, just enough to slightly melt
the cheese and crisp the lebo bread.
