Freezing Liverwurst (and similar goods)

I'm planning on making my own liverwurst in the near future, and because
shelf life will be fairly short, I'm thinking about freezing the bulk of
what I make.

A quick search seems to indicate that freezing doesn't degrade
liverwurst, but I'm sure some freezing methods ought to be better than
others. I.E, wrap in paper or foil - or both? Plastic bags?

I also assume a slow defrost ought to help?

TIA.

Wrap in wax paper then foil.

Of course. in the fridge, never in the microwave.
Pretty much as I thought.

We freeze it without any dramas, I havent made any comparisons fresh to
frozen but AIR there would not be much difference.
