I'm planning on making my own liverwurst in the near future, and because
shelf life will be fairly short, I'm thinking about freezing the bulk of
what I make.
A quick search seems to indicate that freezing doesn't degrade
liverwurst, but I'm sure some freezing methods ought to be better than
others. I.E, wrap in paper or foil - or both? Plastic bags?
I also assume a slow defrost ought to help?
